Order Validation and Acceptance

When you place an order through UTP, we may verify your method of payment, shipping address, and telephone number, before processing your order. Your placement of an order via the UTP is an offer to purchase our products or services. We may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product or documentation of service, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by UTP until the product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the telephone number or e-mail address you have provided with your order.

Cancellations

Due to the customized nature of all products sold at UTP, cancellations will not be honored once an order has entered production. All orders are to be fully paid for at the time of production.

Returns & Exchanges

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of product due to a customers desire to the change the size, style, color, art or design of the product that they ordered.

Our responsibility is to duplicate, to the best of our ability, designs which are submitted even though the design image may be low resolution or may be defective in some way. We will imprint designs exactly as it is received from the customer and we do not accept written requests to alter the design which is submitted with the order. We are not responsible for and does not accept returns or exchanges due to the designs "look" or "feel". Further, the "look" or "feel" of the designs application to the product is not grounds for the return of the product as long as the design is fully applied to the product. Products may not be returned if it has been washed or worn.

In cases of damage or defect, customer must provide a digital image of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem in an email to us or via the Product Returns page. In many cases, action  either in the form of reprint or refund can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.

If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to us for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the site, without notice, for any conduct that we, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to us or a third party. We reserve all rights to interpret, alter and terminate any services we provided.

Modification of Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be modified from time to time. You should therefore read these Terms and Conditions before you place any order.
